These snacks are popular in South Korea. This traditional snack is sought after when winter arrives. The method makes it easy and tastes really good.
Material :
- 2 shaken chicken eggs
- 100 g multipurpose flour
- T tsp baking powder
- 60 ml of liquid milk
- ½ teaspoon of salt
Topping material:
- 60 g of melted butter
- 6 chicken eggs
- 180 g of coarse grated cheddar cheese
- T tsp black pepper whole, mashed roughly.
- 1 thinly sliced onion leaves
- T tsp salt
How to make :
- Remove from ramekin and be ready to eat when warm.
- Take a rather large bowl and put the eggs and flour. Also include baking powder and milk. Add salt and butter and stir until blended.
- Add the mixture to 6 ramekin in diameter 8 cm. Rub the ramekin first with butter until half the ramekin.
- Then sprinkle grated cheese on the top.
- Break an egg at each part of the ramekin then give the onion slices, salt, and pepper.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes with a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius.
