This is Korean-style sushi but round in shape. This nori roll rice contains vegetables and fish. This food is filling and you can try making it yourself at home.
Material :
- Fluffy rice that is still warm enough
- 2 chicken eggs
- 3 sausages that have been cut into four
- 5 large nori or dried seaweed
Stir fry ingredients:
- 100 grams of thinly sliced cabbage
- 2 cloves of garlic that have been chopped
- 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce
- The sliced carrot extends to taste
- Salt to taste
How to make :
- First, fry the eggs into scrambled eggs and cut them lengthwise and set aside.
- Then prepare the sausage by frying it until cooked and then set aside too.
- Saute the garlic until fragrant then put carrots and cabbage and amsak until wilted.
- Add the oyster sauce and salt and cook until cooked and set aside.
- Take a piece of nori then spread the rice on top of nori.
- Susunkah eggs and sausages then add the stir-fried vegetables also on the rice.
- Roll and compact and cut to the same size and ready to be served.
